Our estimated processing time is 1-5 business days + shipping time.
We use Sendle only throughout lockdown. In the event that a card is left and a parcel is not collected, it can be re-delivered at your own cost once it is returned to us in its original condition. We will contact you to let you know the parcel has been returned to us. In the event that redelivery is not arranged, items will be put back online within 3 weeks without notice or refund.
We offer FREE Shipping Australia wide on orders over $99. In the unfortunate event that your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, we will launch an investigation with Sendle. Sendle will assess and cover the contents up to $100 value. We recommend adding insurance to your order over $100 at only $5 on checkout. This is not added by us and is the customers responsibility. We do not cover the difference and do not accept responsibility for damages or loss in transit.
We are very conscious of the environment and try to use recycled shipping boxes when we can!
